laser-micro processing systems
The company 3D-Micromac AG develops and produces highly efficient and innovative micro machining workstations for industry, research and science. These systems are applied, e.g. in facilities for the production of photo voltaic systems, in the semi conductor production and in medical technologies. Basic processes are micro drilling, signing, cutting, 2D and 3D structuring and the marking of various materials and thin films.
The laser facilities can be developed as stand-alone systems but they can also be integrated into already existing automated production lines. Precise positioning systems, innovative beam guidance concepts as well as various process control methods deliver most possible process security and maximum machining speeds. The use of laser with highest beam qualities guarantees excellent machining results with respect to surface and edge qualities with lowest material damages and wastage.
Furthermore the 3D-Micromac company readily assists its customers as a competent partner for the development of new technologies and processes.
